IAMSAT MUNTENIA S.A. has executed HVAC installations and BMS for the new B+G+2F building with market, shopping and parking facilities.
The following categories of installations have been completed:
- Mechanical ventilation (evacuation of vicious air) for spaces with odors and noxious releases (underground car parks and toilets);
- Fresh air treatment installations;
- Pressurization and smoke evacuation installations for areas with significant exits of fire in the event of fire (underground parking, stairs, stair pads);
- Hot water preparation for heating (80/60˚C);
- Preparation of chilled water for air conditioning.

IAMSAT MUNTENIA S.A. has carried out the works of indoor and outdoor water and sewerage installations, electrical lighting and power installations, low current installations with intelligent building type components and HVAC with Earth as thermal source .
